Aaron P. Gaddis is a criminal defense attorney in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and the founder of Colorado Springs Criminal Defense, LLC. A native of Colorado Springs, he earned his B.A. in political science from Colorado State University in 2002 and his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2006. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2006 (Bar No. 37820) and has practiced criminal defense ever since.

Aaron began his career at the Colorado State Public Defender's Office, where he represented clients from 2006 to 2013 - first in Silverthorne covering the I-70 corridor, then in Salida, practicing for over four years in the Canon City prison jurisdiction. He went on to practice as a partner at Black and Gaddis before opening his own firm in 2019. He has been a member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar Association since 2006.

His practice covers DUI and DMV express consent hearings, drug charges, assault, domestic violence, felony charges, and probation violations, along with related matters such as protection order hearings and challenges to unlawful searches. He has taken cases through contested hearings, suppression motions, and trials, and today represents people charged with misdemeanors and felonies in El Paso, Teller, Pueblo, and Fremont counties.
